“Training one to make successive bounds as a maturing athlete can be a difficult task to tackle. Over the short period of time Trainer X was apart of Plant High Rowing, he helped not only myself, but my team as a whole grow. Through his teachings of self confidence as an athlete to aiding in development of proper form, Trainer X contributed to the solidification of strong foundation for our program. His incredible ability to infuse tough workouts with elements of enjoyment and sportsmanship advice truly impacted the way my teammates and I performed and improved.”
