On this page, you will find and have access to all online programs offered by Basketball&Barbells Performance! Gain access to an online training program created to help improve your vertical jump, quickness, and overall athleticism. Use the SAME training phenom Julian Newman and professional athletes have used ! Basketball is an incredibly demanding sport that requires speed, agility, change of direction, the skills of jumping, landing, accelerating and decelerating. Traditional weightlifting programs don’t target basketball-specific needs, and are often times created without considering the demands of the sport. I want you to be healthier, I want you to be stronger and I want you to be more prepared for the court than you’ve ever been, so I wanted to share my expertise with working specifically with basketball athletes from all levels since 2015! Every workout is scientifically backed by research and studies so that each program is efficient and safe. Injury prevention is the number one goal for all programs, since availability is the best ability an athlete can have, and in the process improve your athleticism and unlock your genetic potential.

WHat’s inside the program

  • Access to the same high quality workouts that elite and professional athletes use from your fingertips, as well as step-by-step guidance to help complete workouts with videos and video descriptions for reference via an easy-to-use app! All workouts can be accessed from your phone or laptop!

  • This program includes strength, mobility and plyometric exercises in order to create an all inclusive program in order to take your athleticism to the next level.

  • Some exercises require a weight room for this program, however, there are alternatives for certain exercises if the required equipment is unavailable.

  • There is also bonus content, which includes downloadable nutrition and recovery guidelines in addition to the program, vertical jump trackers & sleep tracking information.

  • Access to a private Facebook group intended for direct access to me and any other members of the program.

  • The Online Grind is continually updated, with new exercises & resources so that you or your athletes can continue to improve and unlock their genetic potential!

Xavier Brown has worked as a private Performance Coach for over 5 years, and has had stints across all levels, from the high school sector, to semi-professional baseball, including stints with University of South Florida and Lake Erie College, as well as elite level basketball players from high school to professionals, including Julian Newman. His attention to detail and relentless work ethic has changed the games and lives of the athletes he has worked with.
